Managed a very successful product that acts as a sales tool for Sales People and F&I Managers to sell aftermarket products, service and maintenance products, and insurance.
Had a civil practice centering on real estate, property, tax, estate and small business matters. -Successfully attached judgment to successor in interest of dissolved corporation, dependent on analysis of financial outflows to successor.
Served as director of Information Technology for 5 years. Prosecuted several finance intensive cases, usually involving embezzlement, including the conviction of the CFO of Mazak Corp. (America). Lead Prosecutor for drug cases, especially conspiracy charges for distributions. Won verdicts against three separate bars. One was forfeited to the state based on the owner’s complicity with drug dealing.
